FAMILY HOUSE – OPTIMIZATION

We started this house by analysing the functionality of different areas. The structure of the ground floor is a typically arranged mansion. This means that four consecutive spaces are established with only incoming daylight at the front and back area. A obvious big issue was the gloom of the two middle spaces as well as the cohesion of all the living areas. We resolved it by defining a particular function to each area, thus every single area becomes connected to one another.
